Ripe reds and allspice. This wine is a blend consisting mostly of Cabernet Sauvignon grapes from the Upper Galilee vineyards along with Shiraz and Petit Verdot grapes from the Golan Heights vineyards
The wine underwent a long aging of 18 months in first and second year French oak barrels, and has a long aging potential
It is recommended to chill the wine and serve it at a temperature of 18°-22° alongside hearty meals with meats in the oven or in a cauldron
