Our winery is located near the Ayalon Valley, a beautiful region with a rich history. We work in collaboration with the best Vintners in the Golan Heights and Upper Galilee who grow Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Petit Verdot and Shiraz grapes for our wines.
We believe in producing kosher wine that is rich in many flavors that are influenced by the soil in which the grapes were grown, the oak barrels and our quality production method.
Our winemaker, Patrick Hababo, is renowned and has decades of experience, including years of specialization in the most prestigious wineries in France. His passion for winemaking leads him to create the most amazing wines.
